The deed of sale signed before a notary is a forward sale with payment of a deposit by LIGHTMOVE and right of withdrawal for you.

If your property meets the LIGHTMOVE criteria, our local specialists prepare your offer by combining technologies and field expertise to define a competitive price for your property with precision.

If this indicative offer suits you, we will organise a visit

During this visit and meeting, your dedicated Lightmove specialist will visit your property in detail. This visit will also allow you to review all the documents necessary for the sale of your property.

Lightmove submits a binding offer to you 3 days after the visit

Following the visit and the review of the documents, Lightmove sends you a binding offer. If you accept it, we send you the deed of sale and organise the signing before a notary.

You have the necessary equity for your new acquisition.

You were able to buy the property of your dreams and settle there.

At the end of the agreed term, you have the choice between 2 options

You sell to LIGHTMOVE. LIGHTMOVE pays you the remaining amount agreed to finalise the acquisition of your property.

You sell to another buyer. You, therefore, pay the cost of the service to LIGHTMOVE and reimburse the deposit as well.
