The BRIDGE sale is a forward sale, with the right of withdrawal for the seller, and payment of a deposit by the buyer.

The stages of the BRIDGE sale are as follows:

  1. Fill out our survey.
  2. In 3 days, LIGHTMOVE submits an indicative offer or an alternative solution if your property is not eligible.
  3. If you accept the indicative offer, we will organise an assessment visit of your property.
  4. LIGHTMOVE sends you a binding offer 3 days after the visit.
  5. If you accept the binding offer, we fix the date of signature before a notary and LIGHTMOVE organises the administrative aspect of the transaction.

What happens at the end of the term? There are 2 options:

  1. You sell to LIGHTMOVE. LIGHTMOVE pays you the remaining amount agreed to finalise the acquisition of your property.
  2. You sell to another buyer. You, therefore, pay the cost of the service to LIGHTMOVE and reimburse the deposit as well.

The FLEX sale is a forward sale with the right of withdrawal for the seller.
